Gina Greenen (Michael Greenen, CPA, P.C.) is chairing the Elburn Chamber of Commerce Winter Dinner and Silent Auction this year and the planning is in full swing. The dinner will be held on Saturday, Feb. 26, at Fishermen¹s Inn‹so mark your calendars. Formal invitations were already sent out and all members should have received them. There will be piano music but no formal dance this year.
The price for the dinner remains at $75 per couple and $37.50 for single which was the same as last year. Cocktails will start at 6 p.m. and dinner will be served at 7 p.m. The dinner will be family style and there will be a cash bar. We have some great prizes already on board for the silent auction.
Prizes range from golf packages, to awesome gift baskets, gift certificates and a travel certificate for a trip from New Horizons Travel, not to mention a signed baseball by 2005 Hall-of-Famer Ryne Sandberg. There still is time for more gift donations.
The winners of the Chamber Member of the Year and Chamber Business of the Year will also be presented at the Winter Dinner.
If you have any questions regarding the Winter Dinner & Silent Auction, please feel free to call Gina at (630) 365-1647. Treat yourself, your family, your staff and your friends to the social event of the year. We¹ll be looking forward to seeing all of you there. |
