Click on the above yellow button to see what needs to be done at each field. Please pick a field… Blackberry, John Stewart, or Community Center. Bring your rakes, shovels, wheel barrows, kids, to one of these fields. Just an hour or two will make all the difference for all the kids! (Express wil be handling McNair and Lions Park on April 10.)
We welcome anyone who would like to do any of these projects. We need all of the help we can get. These projects won't get done without your help. All projects must be approved by the EBS board before starting. Just contact a board member or come to a monthly meeting to let us know what you'd like to tackle. Thank you to those already volunteering. Contact a board member for more info on these projects.

• ECC field set-up & empty 2 garbage cans (VanBogaert 2010 need someone for 2011)
• Lions set-up (Ben Gust 2010)
• John Stewart set-up & empty 2 garbage cans (Mike Hammermiester 2010)
• Blackberry School set-up & empty garbage can (Tim May)
• McNair set-up empty garbage (Hammermiester-VB-Komel)
PRE-SEASON WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE
John Stewart North & South:
• Verify lease/loaner tractor from Hogan-Walker
• Regular field day prep (refer to field day list )
Elburn Community Center North & South:
• Verify lease/loaner tractor from Hogan-Walker
• Regular field day prep (refer to field day list)
• Raise/replace base posts
• Add limestone to south field (fall 2010)
• Install poles along bottom of sideline fences
Lions Park North, South & East:
• Move shed from Lions Park to Blackberry (also install vent)
• Verify that Smithco is operational – fix as needed
• Buy new liner??
• Organize garage at Lions. (waiting for OK from Lions)
• Build holder on Smithco machine for field drag/liner
• Fix backstop fence on LP North
• Digout around fence and reattach fence at LP South
• Regular field day prep (refer to field day list)
McNair 1&2:
• Verify Toro is operational – fix as needed
• Install bricks and fix framing on door of shed
• Paint dugouts and shed (fall of 2010?)
• Batting cages???
• Regular field day prep (refer to field day list)
Blackberry School: COORDINATE SCHEDULE WITH JOHN BEND (soccer)

• Build nail drag – get field drag and new liner
