RAINOUT PROCEDURES: CALENDAR - FIELDS

If your game is rained out or cancelled, contact Cindy Krause as soon as you can to report the cancellation. Games that requires an umpire contact Tim May as soon as you can as well.

Both coaches decide on 2 dates for the make-up, and contact Cindy. She will then issue you the date/time of the make-up on a first come first served basis.

Click on CALENDAR to see the master game calendar to find an open date/time.

Click on FIELDS to find open times on specific fields. This one requires an ID and Password that was emailed to you earlier.


COACHES:

- If your game gets cancelled part way thru - please put away bases and pitching rubber. This needs to be done by the Elburn Coaches on our fields.

- After games and practices - please rake in holes at home & pitchers mound.

- For teams that have additional practices during the season - if the fields are
set-up for a game, stay off the infield - practice in the grass.
