Shall be the chief officer of the league and shall supervise and control all activities, meetings and affairs of the league. He/She shall perform all the duties prescribed to him/her by the board of directors. He/She shall execute deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts, negotiations and any other duty prescribed by the board of directors.
