Description:

Initiates contact of potential and past sponsors (about 40) in writing prior to the end of December. The league shall provide a list of previous sponsors to the sponsor coordinator. He/she shall also follow up by calling up potential sponsors within two weeks of initial mailing. Sponsor coordinator shall report to the board on the status of potential sponsors.
