Hire, train and schedule sufficient number of umpires to officiate games. Provides league treasurer with umpire schedule and records of assignments for payment distribution. Can hold special umpire clinic. Keeps an inventory of all umpire euipment bags. Mediates any umpire problems that arise throughout the season.
