Time Commitment: Very light Year-Round. Busiest during the season.
Description: Once per week during 2004, pick up messages left on the EBS voicemail and distribute them to the correct parent volunteer. Will return all calls with the needed information. With EBS's increased reliance on our website, the phone activity should be minimized. Other duties include picking up the EBS mail once per week at the post office and getting it in the hands of the correct parent volunteer. Ticket sales for special events will also be your responsibility. Once or twice per year you may be needed to help with data entry or some other administrative task as it relates to player registration or a fundraising event.
